Hotspots
Copenhagen is a very popular location to buy property in Denmark, increasingly so since the bridge linking Denmark to Sweden was constructed. The city has an excellent mix of the old and the new, with an old style charm mixing with cosmopolitan chic. Housing in the harbour area are in particular demand.
The remainder of Denmark is far more rural than the busy Copenhagen and the coastline boasts beautiful scenery. Areyas such as Valleroed, Rungsted and Oderup in the north of the country are popular whilst property in Jutland to the west is in particular demand.
