Ljubljana
Ljubljana is the capital city of Slovenia lying in a basin between the Sava and Ljubljanica rivers, which are located between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, and has a thriving street culture consisting of cafes, and bars as well as fine arts and theatres. The city boasts a popular university and there is a population of approximately 45,000 students.
The city can boast over 5,000 years of history and there are numerous Roman ruins still in existence as well as Medieval castles fine examples of Baroque architecture.
