Costa del Sol

The Costa del Sol is arguably the most popular Spanish resort amongst European visitors and is home to a number of ex-patriots, particularly from the UK. The area stretches over 150 kilometres of the Malaga province and one can find the natural beauty of the Rock of Gibraltar and the Sierra Nevada Mountains as well as the lively tourist towns of Fuengirola, Torremolinos and San Pedro de Alcantara on the Costa del Sol. The area offers over 300 days of sunshine a year and there are a number of property developments offering a selection of villas, town houses and apartments.

Costa de Almeria

The Costa de Almeria is located on the southeastern corner of Spain and has less of a tourist focus than the Costa del Sol. There are over 190 kilometres of unspoiled coastline, which offers a snapshot of authentic Spanish seaside living.

Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca is another popular tourist location sometimes known as the White Coast and contains the ever popular Benidorm. If you want a lively lifestyle this would be the place for you as the area can boast over 40 nightclubs, and approximately 100 bars and cafes.
